Bareback Studio Fined Over Sex Scenes
A California OSHA investigation into gay bareback studio Treasure Island Media found it violated workplace safety regulations by allowing performers to have unprotected sex. The investigation began in response to a complaint about possible employee exposure to “semen and other potentially infectious materials.”
Apple Pulls Anti-Gay Marriage App
Apple has removed from its iTunes store a mobile version of the Manhattan Declaration, a manifesto unveiled last year by religious leaders opposed to gay marriage. The app was deleted from the digital store after more than 7,000 people signed a petition urging Apple to remove it.
