During the month of July 2012, State Representative Scott Randolph became the first civilian to have a U.S. Flag flown in his honor at the Veterans Memorial at the GLBT Community Center in Orlando. On July 31, 2012, his flag was retired and presented to him at a reception. Photos by Mark Cady.
