PHOTOS: TIGLFF launches 30th year

TAMPA | The Tampa Bay International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (TIGLFF) kicked off its upcoming 30th celebration with its annual launch party at the historic Rialto Theatre Sept. 12.

The party was first organized 12 years ago by TIGLFF Co-President Ed Lally. It has since become the festival’s largest fundraiser.

Attendees were treated to film trailers from the upcoming celebration, a silent auction and more. Lally also presented longtime TIGLFF supporters Mark Bryan and Roger White with the 2019 Distinguished Friend of the Festival Award. The duo met during the final day of TIGLFF 2002 and after more than 16 years were wed on March 19, 2019.
