TAMPA | The Straz Center for the Performing Arts announced July 20 that the remaining performances of “Nunsense: A-Men” have been rescheduled due to COVID-19.

The Straz production opened July 13 and was slated to run through Aug. 7. All performances from July 21-31 were cancelled after routine COVID-19 testing detected positive cases among its cast and crew.

“Nunsense,” led by local fan favorite performer Matthew McGee, will resume Aug. 1. Performances have also been added the week of Aug. 8, with shows scheduled for Aug. 11-14.

Anyone who purchased tickets for the cancelled performances will automatically have the funds credited to their Straz account. New tickets can be purchased with the credits beginning July 21 at noon and tickets for the newly added performances are now on sale.

Parties who require a refund can call the Straz Center Ticket Sales Office at 813-229-7827.
