Celebrating Celebration: History & Perspectives

Just south of Walt Disney World lies Celebration, Florida, a place heralded as an idyllic, all-American town built straight from Walt Disney’s imagination. But is Celebration legally considered a “town,” and did Walt Disney even know Celebration was being built? Join Griffon Binkowski, a lifelong Celebration resident and History Center educator, in an exploration of Celebration’s creation and unique history, accompanied by firsthand accounts about growing up in “The Town That Disney Built.”
