Co-publisher Scott Spar has resigned his position at the weekly OMG! Magazine after owner James Clark learned of Spar’s recent legal troubles. According to the Tampa Police, Spar was charged with grand theft and fraud on July 30 after he turned himself in. He was released later that day on $4,000 bond. In a press release, Clark said “I respect Spar’s decision to resign in the best interest of the magazine. It was the right thing to do.”
