Vigil for suicide victims slated for Oct. 16
A candlelight vigil is schedule to honor the recent string of LGBT teenage suicides and to bring attention to bullying on Saturday, Oct. 16. Attendees are asked to gather at “The Kiss” statue in downtown Sarasota on the Bayfront at 6 p.m.

Ray Boltz to perform at Trinity
For years Ray Boltz has performed Christian music to the masses and in the process won several Dove Awards. Boltz announced he was gay in 2009 and has brought his message of hope and tolerance to venues around the country.
