Tallahassee is the latest city to sign onto an amicus brief in support of the legal fight for same-sex marriage in Florida.
The Tallahassee City Commission voted 4-1 in favor of filing the brief.
They join Orlando, Orange County, and other municipalities in singing on in support of marriage equality.
