ORLANDO | Walt Disney World’s annual Candlelight Processional has become a tradition for park goers attending Epcot during the holiday season.
Every year guests watch as a choir, orchestra and a celebrity narrator tell the story of Christmas through words and music. Unfortunately, you’ve had to miss out on it if you didn’t happen to be visiting the parks on one of the event’s selected nights … until now.
Walt Disney World announced Nov. 26 that for the first time ever they would be streaming one of the Candlelight Processionals live as a part of their #DisneyParksLIVE stream series.
The selected performance for the inaugural stream will be the Dec. 4 show hosted by the one and only Neil Patrick Harris.
For those who want to tune in you can do so by visiting Disney Park Blog starting at 8:05 p.m. ET on Dec. 4. The stream will begin with a behind-the-scenes look as Harris and the rest of the performers prepare to take the stage. Show starts at 8:15 p.m.
Along with the show, Disney wants to share some of your holiday moments from the park.
“We’ll be celebrating the joy of the season before and after the show – and would love to share some of your favorite Disney Parks holiday vacation photos as part of our stream,” Disney Parks Blog writes. “To have your photo considered, share it with us on Twitter [@DisneyParks] with the hashtag #DisneyParksLIVE now.”
