When my friend Ben AKA Eureka Fish called asking what Watermark could donate for a charity auction he was holding to benefit Hope and Help of Central Florida, I jokingly replied, “Me?”
“That would be amazing,” he resounded. “You can be a live auction item!”
Well, I opened my mouth and apparently had just volunteered myself. How could I say no? It was for charity and at least this time, I’m actually single.
Team Eureka Fish, headed up by Ben Johansen and Team Strollr, headed up by Drew Sizemore present RED & WILD! Orlando’s HOTTEST Auction benefiting Hope and Help Center of Central FL’s Seminole Stroll at Parliament House.
It’s all happening Wednesday, February 16 from 8:00pm – 11:00pm, to a night of entertainment and surprises while Eureka and Drew auction off items donated by local artists and patrons!
Some of the items up for grabs to the highest bidder include a signed portrait of Lance Bass taken by famed celebrity photographer Mike Ruiz, a basketball autographed by the entire team and coaching staff of the Orlando Magic, a photo shoot with local photographer Kristofer Reynolds, a full GayDays Package at Parliament House that includes a 3 night stay, jewelry, gift baskets, gift cards, and yes, a date with yours truly!
A $5 donation is suggested at the door. 100% of the proceeds from RED & WILD will be given to Hope and Help Center of Central FL for the Seminole Stroll, so please bid knowing you are helping end HIV/AIDS in Central Florida!
