The Orange County Commission will vote on a proposed Human Rights Ordinance (HRO) at 3:30 p.m. TODAY in Commission Chambers at the County Administrative Center. The HRO would be a comprehensive rule prohibiting discrimination, including several protections for LGBTs. Many supporters who will attend plan to wear red as a show of solidarity.
