Held at the Tampa Convention Center, Tampa Bay Comic Con 2013, held Aug. 24, presold more than 20,000 tickets. At one point in the afternoon, the line to get in snaked through two levels of the convention center and spilled outside onto Franklin Street. Some people waited in line for more than two and a half hours. But the wait was worth it. Over the top costumes ranged from superheroes to zombies, and LGBT fans were out in full force.
