Hulu has released a sneak peek of “Love, Victor,” the spinoff of 2018’s celebrated LGBTQ film “Love, Simon.”

The film is an adaptation of the book “Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda.” The new series was originally produced for Disney+, the Walt Disney Company’s streaming service.

Its move to Hulu, another popular streaming service of which the company owns the majority, was announced in February.

“Love, Victor” follows Victor, played by Michael Cimino, a new student at the high school featured in the film. It highlights “his own journey of self-discovery, facing challenges at home, adjusting to a new city, and struggling with his sexual orientation,” the official synopsis reads. Ana Ortiz, James Martinez, Isabella Ferreira, Anthony Turpel and Mateo Fernandez round out the cast.

“There’s a first time for everything. Check out the VERY FIRST clip of #LoveVictor, premiering June 19 –– only on Hulu,” the platform shared this week. Watch:

“Love, Victor” premieres on Hulu June 19.
