Lady Gaga announces next album’s new release date

Lady Gaga announced that her highly anticipated sixth album, “Chromatica,” will be released May 29.

The 16-track album was originally set to release April 10 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“This is such a hectic and scary time for all of us, and while I believe art is one of the strongest things we have to provide joy and healing to each other during times like this, it just doesn’t feel right to me to release this album with all that is going on during this global pandemic,” Gaga wrote online March 24.

“Chromatica” will feature the No. 1 single “Stupid Love” as well as collaborations with Ariana Grande, Elton John and Blackpink. It will be available to purchase digitally and on vinyl in various colors.
