President Joe Biden will sign H.R. 49, designating the National Pulse Memorial, into law June 25 scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
The bill — sponsored by three of Central Florida’s Congressional representatives: Reps. Darren Soto, Stephanie Murphy and Val Demings — passed the U.S. House of Representatives on May 12 and the U.S. Senate June 9.
