Orlando’s own Ginger Minj will be one of three finalists in the season finale of Rupaul’s Drag Race airing on Logo June 1.
If named the winner, Minj will be the first plus-size drag queen to win the competition, now in its seventh season.
Minj performed alongside The Minx in Broadway Brunch at Hamburger Mary’s Orlando on May 31. This was her final performance at the famous eatery for a while as she is heading to New York for the finale and then on tour.
Minj has been a crowd favorite since the season began in March, but is that popularity enough to move Rupaul and the panel of judges to crown her America’s next, great drag performer? You’ll have to watch to find out.
