VH1 has announced the premiere date for “RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race,” the “most star-studded competition in herstory.” The four-week special event will begin airing on the network April 24.

Each episode will feature three celebrities who receive assistance from “Drag Race” royalty. Former contestants and winners include Bob the Drag Queen, Monet X Change, Kim Chi, Alyssa Edwards, Monique Heart, Vanessa “Miss Vanjie” Mateo, Asia O’Hara, Trinity the Tuck, Trixie Mattel and Nina West, all deemed the “Queen Supremes.”

Contestants will face off in familiar challenges and hit the runway in drag to debut their transformations. According to Variety, they stem from film, music and television.

Each episode’s winner will donate prize money to a charity of their choice and win the title of “America’s Next Celebrity Drag Race Superstar.”

“’RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race is a blast,’” RuPaul said in a statement. “We put these celebrities through it! Because no matter how famous your charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent is, you still put your pantyhose on one leg at a time.”

“RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race” premieres Friday, April 24 at 9:30 p.m. It will follow new episodes of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” Season 12, which airs at 8 p.m. on VH1. “Untucked,” its behind-the-scenes followup show, will move to 11 p.m.
