Appearing on MSNBC’s ‘The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell” last night, David Hogg, a survivor of the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, that took 17 lives and injured 18 more, called again for action from Congress on gun safety.

Hogg, who co-founded the youth-led March for Our Lives movement, placed the blame on both political parties for the carnage that once again has affected an American community.

This time it was an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, where an 18-year-old gunman shot and killed 19 children and two teachers. The gunman was killed by police when they confronted him at Robb Elementary School.
