Ryan Murphy is reuniting with his “American Horror Story” star Evan Peters for a new series on gay serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer.
“Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story” is a 10-episode limited series that will stream on Netflix starting Sept. 21.
Dahmer murdered 17 men and boys from 1978 to 1991. He is infamously known for engaging in necrophilia and cannibalism with several of his victims. Dahmer was convicted and sentenced to multiple terms of life in prison in 1992. He was killed in prison two years later.
The series will explore Dahmer’s childhood, the time period of his murder spree and the Wisconsin police investigations around the murders.
“Dahmer also stars Niecy Nash, Penelope Ann Miller, Shaun J. Brown, Colin Ford and Richard Jenkins.
