ORLANDO | “How I Met Your Mother” actor Neil Patrick Harris, “The View” host Whoopi Goldberg and “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” star Angela Bassett are among the celebrity narrators returning for the 2022 Candlelight Processional at Walt Disney World’s Epcot, running Nov. 25-Dec. 30.

New additions this year include the voice of Olaf from “Frozen,” Josh Gad; singing superstar Gloria Estefan; star of Marvel’s “Shang-Chi,” Simu Liu; and Broadway and television star Raúl Esparza.

“Each night, a celebrity narrator tells the story of Christmas, recounting the biblical tale of a savior born in Bethlehem,” Disney’s event page reads. “Woven into the production are stirring songs of hope and joy performed by the orchestra and massed choir.”

Each narrator will perform three shows — at 5:15, 7 and 8:30 p.m. — on their designated nights at the America Gardens Theatre at Epcot, accompanied by the Voices of Liberty acapella ensemble, a 50-piece live orchestra and choirs comprised of Disney cast members as well as guest choirs from across Florida.

This year, there are 14 celebrities who will take the mantel as the narrator. The schedule is as follows:

• Raul Esparza (NEW) – Nov. 30-Dec. 1
• Whoopi Goldberg – Dec. 2-3
• Isabella Rossellini – Dec. 4-6

• Josh Gad (NEW) – Dec. 10-12
• Gloria Estefan (NEW) – Dec. 13-14
• Neil Patrick Harris – Dec. 15-18
• Mariska Hargitay (NEW) – Dec. 19-20
• Cal Ripken Jr. – Dec. 21-23
• Marie Osmond – Dec. 24-26
• Courtney Vance – Dec. 27-28
• Angela Bassett – Dec. 29-30

Guests can secure a spot at the processional with a Candlelight Processional Dining Packages. There will be eight table service restaurants in Epcot that will be offering the dining packages during lunch and dinner. Each package will include an appetizer, entrée and dessert or one full buffet and beverage. This will also guarantee a seat per purchase to the show on the same day.
