Several local groups helped Metropolitan Charities celebrate its 16th anniversary at its St. Petersburg location on Sunday, Nov. 22. ROTC, The Florida Mavericks and Talent Quest Florida were among the entertainers that celebrated the organization’s continued programs to provide HIV/AIDS services to families throughout Tampa Bay.
