NEW YORK (AP) | Lady Gaga, Global Citizen and the World Health Organization helped to organize hours of television entertainment for millions of Americans homebound because of the coronavirus.

“One World: Together at Home,” a virtual concert event, featured musicians like Gaga, The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Jennifer Lopez, Elton John, Lizzo, Taylor Swift, Celine Dion, Adam Lambert, Kesha, Ben Platt, Sheryl Crow and more.

Shown live across 26 networks April 18, it reached 20.7 million people, the Nielsen company said.

The event was hosted by network late night TV hosts Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon, and featured more than 75 performers over an 8-hour period all in an effort to raise funds for the global COVID-19 response efforts.
