LGBTs have taken over Dunedin Lanes, and it appears as though the bowling facility doesn’t mind at all.
The bowling lanes has played host to two “Gay Bowling Nights” so far this summer and another one is planned for Aug. 6. Melanie Minyon will serve as hostess once again.
The monthly gay bowling league is really more of a social event than an actual sporting event. A $10 cover gives bowlers unlimited games, shoe rental and access to DJ Cosmic Bowling. Those wanting to just come and enjoy the festivities can do so for $5.
