ORLANDO | Universal is beyond the bayou and letting the good times roll with its 2023 Mardi Gras celebration “Flavors of Carnaval.” The annual festival kicked off at Universal Studios in Orlando Feb. 4 with the most inclusive group of performers yet.
This year’s Mardi Gras party is a celebration inspired by Carnaval celebrations from around the world with food, drinks and entertainment from Puerto Rico, Brazil, Germany, Spain and more.
During meet-and-greets and throughout the parade, performers of all body sizes, shapes, races and genders entertained, putting smiles on guests’ faces and creating fantastic, meaningful interactions.
