ORLANDO | Halloween 2022 isn’t even over yet and we are already getting a treat for next year’s Halloween.

Universal Studios says Halloween Horror Night 2023 will have an all-new haunted house inspired by the USA/SyFy series “Chucky.”

The iconic killer doll made the announcement in a video message to fans.

“That’s right, I’m back! And I’ll see you suckers at Universal Studios Halloween Horror Night next year,” Chucky says. “I can’t wait to play.”

Based on the “Child’s Play” film series about a serial killer who transfers his soul into a children’s “Good Guy” doll, the series follows Chucky as he begins his murderous tirade again after he is picked up in a yard sale by a 14-year-old boy named Jake. The series has been praised for its themes on sexuality and bullying and for featuring LGBTQ characters, including Jake, who is gay.

Watch Chucky’s Halloween Horror Nights announcement below and watch new episodes of “Chucky,” now in its second season, on USA and SyFy Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET.
