Auli’i Cravalho to kick off Disney’s Candlelight Processional at Epcot

ORLANDO | Actress Auli’i Cravalho, best known as the voice of the titular character in Disney’s 2016 hit film “Moana,” will be the first celebrity narrator for the Candlelight Processional at Walt Disney World’s Epcot.

Cravalho will narrate Nov. 26-28. She is one of a dozen celebrities who will tell “the story of Christmas, recounting the biblical tale of a savior born in Bethlehem,” according to Disney’s website. “Woven into the production are stirring songs of hope and joy performed by the orchestra and massed choir.” The 2021 Candlelight Processional runs Nov. 26-Dec. 30.

Cravalho came out as bisexual on TikTok April 8, 2020.
